Welcome to my online campaign website, and thank you for your interest in me and Birmingham Board of Education District 6 race. I hope today will be the first step in us working together to bring excellence and accountability back to our school board and unity back to our community. I hope you take the time to look through my web site and see the platform and issues that I have prepared to serve our community as a strong independent voice knowing that I represent all of you. I would be honored to earn your vote on August 25th as Birmingham District 6 School Board Member.
This race for Birmingham Board of Education is not about me, but it's about our children future and our communities we live in. I have a passion and heart to see our children become the best in our communities that they grow up and live in. And in order for that to happen, change must come to our school board with fresh new leadership.
In order for the city of Birmingham to have strong and vibrant communities, the health and well-being of our children and our public school system must be our highest priority. Please join me in the effort to ensure that Birmingham Schools are ready for our 21st Century children.
On August 25, 2009 go to the polls and cast your vote for "Change" and for "New Leadership", Vote for Antwon Womack for Birmingham School Board District 6.
